Who We Are
A small brand with a big story — rooted in North East India's extraordinary culinary traditions and a fierce belief that the best food is honest food.
Our Mission
PICKLLUM exists to honour the women of North East India who have been creating extraordinary food for centuries without recognition or compensation. We believe their craft deserves a global stage — and we intend to build it.
Every purchase is a vote for authenticity over industrialisation, for community over corporation, for flavour over formula.
What We Stand For
We never substitute a traditional ingredient for a cheaper alternative. If the original recipe calls for a spice that takes three days to stone-grind, we stone-grind it.
Every pickle is made by women artisans earning fair wages. We actively invest in their skill development, safety, and economic independence.
Not a single artificial preservative, colour, or flavour has ever entered our kitchen. The jar's shelf life comes from the ancient wisdom of fermentation — not chemistry.
The North East is India's most biodiverse and culturally rich region. We are its ambassadors — through food.
Glass jars. Minimal packaging. Local sourcing. We believe caring for the land is not optional for a food brand — it's the foundation.
We list every ingredient. We show our production process. We welcome inspections. If we can't be proud of how we make it, we won't make it.
