1. Products & Orders

All products are handmade in small batches and subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit order quantities. Photographs are representative; slight colour variation may occur in natural, handmade products.

By placing an order, you confirm you are over 18 years of age and authorised to make the purchase.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price.

3. Payment

We accept payments through our authorised payment gateway partners. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store payment card information on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver pan India. International shipping available on request.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable food items, we accept returns and refunds only in the following cases:

• Damaged or broken jar received
• Wrong product delivered
• Product with quality issues (reported within 48 hours of delivery)

To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Food Safety

Our products are FSSAI certified and made with natural ingredients. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Best consumed within the indicated shelf life. If you have food allergies, please review the full ingredients list before purchasing.

All content on this website — including text, photographs, recipes, brand elements, and design — is owned by PICKLLUM and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
